I’m looking to change my routine, what is a good recommendation? As for pre-workout, I’ve been taking Lit from GNC and C-4, but I think I’ve built up a tolerance to them already. Bucked Up doesn’t do anything for me; I’ve tried it many times and nothing. For protein, I’ve been taking Hexapro and Iso 100.
