I’ve been really digging hard into learning about A.I. I don’t have a formal CompSci background, but I’d consider myself one of the original digital natives - my dad brought a computer into our home when I was 2 years old, in 1982. They’ve been an integral part of my life every day since then. While my life and career have been in music, I’ve still done a lot with technology (including having built several computers and managed networks). I’ve also earned a doctorate degree and have learned a lot of research and how to think, analyze, and work my way through thought problems. So that in mind, I’ve been sparring with Claude as a thinking partner to learn about A.I. and to push ideas around. I’ve developed that into a Substack series. The articles tend to be fairly short and fairly easy reads, while exploring what the future of A.I. might be. Topics eventually get into biological computing and where AGI might go. I’d love some minds to check it out and to converse with further. https://ryanwms.substack.com/p/wrong-in-an-interesting-direction submitted by /u/ryanwms
