After speaking with my doctor, at length, about different meal plans and diets, we came to the South Beach Diet. It seems great as it incorporates many foods I enjoy while cutting out or limiting those that I can do without. I am trying to get back into a good relationship with foods since I went off the rails a bit due to some injuries and mental strain. I will look for the book by Dr. Arthur Agatston as well, though figured I would ask here since you guys may have done it or known someone who did! submitted by /u/CollectiveWindowLick
