I have been using Cursor for a while and loving it. But recently, I locked it on “Opus extra high thinking” and am completely hooked. Even if the cost of Opus is high, I believe the benefits far overweight the cost. I’ve always preferred Cursor over Claude Code from an interface perspective. But do you guys know how costs compare when using strictly Opus as the thinking model? Can I make big cost savings by switching entirely to Claude Code?
