today’s ai ecosystem is completely fragmented. no single model dominates every workload anymore. this means ai applications increasingly require model routing, provider failover, cost-aware orchestration, and centralized observability. but managing multiple ai providers is operationally chaotic. every provider has different sdks, different response formats, different streaming behavior, and different tool call implementations. this creates massive engineering overhead for developers who just want to ship features. to solve this, we integrated mixroute to act as our orchestration layer. it standardizes all the multi-provider complexity behind one endpoint, so we do not have to waste time maintaining custom normalization logic or building our own fallback systems from scratch. submitted by /u/AdeptTrip2421
