My doctor prescribed me ambien after every thing else I’ve tried did not work Xanax worked a bit it gave me some hours of sleep still have some of it Benedryl, meletoning, magnesium and hydroxizine didint do shit I’m so sleep deprived that im in a hyperarousal insomnia so it’s really hard falling asleep I’ve heard of sleep walking, and some crazy ass shit if you don’t go to sleep right away on ambien And that absolutely scares the fuck out of me But also not sleeping for shit scares the fuck out of me smh help me I’m going crazy guys submitted by /u/Old_Baseball_9470
