Wake up babe, new Claude context rot behavior dropped. I’ve seen at least another post mentioning this. Opus 4.8 starting to say the tool output is ‘garbled’ ‘corrupted’ or ‘polluted’. I tried to take a look at the outputs and they seem fine. It genuinely seems to get this mania out of nowhere. One steady /compact or rewind to before it first mentions it, as usual, gets rid of it. submitted by /u/VividNightmare_
