(37) I’m 6’4” 187lbs, was previously 205lbs about 8 months ago and because of injuries and honestly age my joints and muscles just don’t recover as well anymore so my workout routine has changed a lot, but in less than a year I dropped all that weight while trying to maintain a caloric surplus everyday. I take creatine, hormones are very solid for my age, and I workout 4-5x a week maybe 40-60 mins depending on what I do. I track macros and aim for 3-3.5k calories/ day. Where are you guys at? I’m wondering if I should be concerned about this weight loss, or if this is just my body recomping with age and changes to my program submitted by /u/Plinystonic
