I’ve been doing some “typical” project work this morning using Claude 4.8. The performance has been strong, but i’ve noted about 3 different moments where it is reporting to me that a sub-agent “hallucinated” results into it’s context and it did not natively detect it. The sub-agent workflow was to examine media, and it produced false quotes (I asked for a link to the article and upon reading it, noted the quote was missing).
