I faced a serious issue today after updating to latest Claude Code CLI (2.1.158): i work with multiple worktrees at the same time. All handled via multiple Tabs in terminal; in most cases back to Sonnet 4.6 (as Opus 4.8 is too slow and makes even more errors): What happened today in one specific tab was, that Claude hopped between many of these worktrees during the same task and session and changed here and there files. If there were uncommited files in another worktree, it just "git stash"ed them. Is this only me or someone else facing this? I have clear branching rules in my claude(.)md and never faced something like that in the past. submitted by /u/tf1155
