25F. I’m slightly autistic but how do you react if a woman at the strength training place asked you for help. I always need help with lat pulldowns to switch the bar thing since its pretty high and same thing on the squat rack when the bar is too thigh on the squat rack. Are you like ‘Oh she is interested in me’ or are you more like ‘oh she just needed help’? Does this give you a little ego boost in a way like ‘out of all the men here she asked me?’. How often do women ask you for help? I rarely find men and women interacting together at my strength training place (except for couples and friends ofc). I ask bc my friend joked and was like that I’m hitting on guys that way but I genuinely needed help. I don’t mind if guys read that tho as if I was hitting on them, I do want a bf and I got told told I’m cute lol. But I don’t want to seem ‘pick me’ but again…I cannot reach those bars. And anything I should pay attention tho? I only ask guys out for help when I see they are inbetween sets and are doing a break. I see men on their phone a lot tho during their break and once I had to disturb one while he was scrolling on his phone for help since he was the only one around…he still helped me…but should I look for guys who aren’t on their phone? Also they don’t talk to me after they helped me, they continue their workout. Thats not a serious question btw, just one out of curiosity Edit: which crazy dude is downvoting all my comments? submitted by /u/Agile_Owl_9059
