So for context i had testicular torsion when i was 13, im now 20. But for my whole life my right testy, the one that didn’t have tt experiences slight discomfort every now and then. For example when i sleep on my stomach or side or if i wear tight jeans. When they can roam freely i dont notice them, its not “pain” its more an irritating sensation.
