So a really weird situation happened to one of my GIM teamates. He was Permad for “Major use of Macroing.” He has one hand, and uses a foot pedal as an accessibility tool. He does not Macro or bot. He tried to get in touch with Jagex support, and explain this accessibility tool to them, and they shut him down saying that basically there is no excuse for it. Why is Jagex punishing him for being born with a physical disability, and not allowing him to use the tools he needs to play the game? I would really love it if a Mod could re-look into this case, because he has put a lot of time into his account, and being permad for something out of his control is not cool. His IGN is HesporiR34.
