Not sure what’s going on, is there a new version just launched?! my agent kept hitting the work lost, memory distorted, batch running of tens of commands all at the same time, temp file corrupted, hallucinated progress status. And the agent attributed all of these to corrupted tool channels! wtf is it. Now I have to ask the agent to commit its work in small trunk and double-check before proceeding to next move everytime in order to avoid lost work. submitted by /u/Playful_Check_5306
