Hi everyone. I’m pretty new to using computers, Reddit, and especially AI. I’ve been using AI to help me organize my thoughts and put my words together because it helps me express myself more clearly. However, I see a lot of people online saying that AI is “ruining the world.” As someone who is just trying to learn how to use these new tools, I’m a bit confused. Is what I’m doing actually harmful?
