I’m honestly beyond frustrated at this point. I paid for Claude Pro 10 days ago, and I’m still showing as being on the Free plan. I have the receipt, payment confirmation, everything. The payment went through, but my account never upgraded. I raised a support ticket immediately. Since then, I’ve sent 50+ follow-up emails and have received absolutely no meaningful response. No resolution, no proper acknowledgement, nothing. This is ridiculous. I paid for a service I’m not receiving, and support has been completely silent for over a week. I understand delays happen, but 10 days with proof of payment and no fix is unacceptable. Has anyone else dealt with this? Is there any actual way to get Anthropic/Claude support to respond, or am I just supposed to keep waiting while being charged for a plan I can’t use?
