After living here for 10 years, I still can’t get over how small a standard glass of wine here is in a restaurant. Are there any other countries where this is the case? Maybe it’s just a misconception I have, but it feels like in every other European country, the standard amount is at least 20-50% more. Is there a historical reason why Switzerland is so exceptionally lacking in generosity for wine servings? submitted by /u/wsdq54
