My girlfriend broke up with me last month, we had been having a lot of problems. I agreed at first but also asked to try again and even created a plan on how we could improve. Ultimately after further discussions we decided not to continue. 2 day ago, (exactly a month after the break up), I slept with another girl. I am feeling horrible guilt now that I’ve completely ruined any chance to get back with my ex and that I have betrayed her by sleeping with another girl. It was far too soon for me and I deeply regret what I’ve done. Most my friends say I’ve done nothing wrong but I still cannot process my actions and feel extremely emotional right now.
