I’m usually using Opus/high but I decided to try some Sonnet (high) for some incremental work. It’s mid-afternoon here in the west coast of the US. I’ve been doing some really, small incremental UI fixes. And each time I’m sitting here “saute-ing” for 5-10 mins. Tokens are either not moving at all or as slow as molasses. I know that they’ll try to batch work together during inference but this is just ridiculous. It’s worse than if I just used free Gemini or Codex. I’m only on the cheapo $20 Pro plan but it’s just yet another time where I feel like I’m flying economy on Spirit Airlines. Anybody else run into this or is something just going on with Claude today? submitted by /u/freshfunk
