I’m in my early 30’s and I’ve finally accepted the fact that I have a problem with women. Not in a sense where it is harmful or anything but I go completely head over heels over a pretty face or a nice body which triggers a sense of high desire and then it turns into a mission to find an attractive escort or go to the strip club and waste money that I planned on saving. I would love to eventually develop a meaningful relationship but I fear that this strong desire will cause problems as it had in my previous relationships. I know the traditional path is to speak to a therapist and I have in the past (maybe not as frequently) but I’m curious, if anyone else that have been in my shoes and has been able to kick this desire or learned to manage it better through discipline and self-observation. Also open to any book suggestions or practices that may help. Thanks! submitted by /u/Weekly-Engineering81
