AI amplifies experience. A veteran employee with good judgment becomes a monster with AI assistance. They use it to hold onto their jobs and collect every paycheck and pension they can. Meanwhile, juniors get screwed because their old entry level tasks like basic coding, drafting, and QA are the first things AI replaces. The middle of the work pyramid is basically hollowing out. You have these high level monsters at the top and a whole generation of juniors who can’t even get a foot in the door. Without a real effort to rethink how we train talent, the gap between the veteran with AI and the replaced junior is only getting wider. Those veterans aren’t handing over the keys. They are using AI to milk every single penny out of the company and pour it straight into their hsa 401k property gold and silver. This is pure financial prepping. They see the inevitable AGI coming and they know the clock is ticking. While the juniors are just looking for a start, the veterans are using AI to build a bunker before the whole system resets. submitted by /u/Boring-Test5522
