Need some inputs from people using Codex / Claude Code / other CLI coding tools… How do you handle decisions that the AI keeps forgetting? Like sometimes I decide a certain pattern, naming rule, folder structure, client constraint etc. in one session. But few sessions later I still have to remind it again. Cross-session memory still feels very patchy. Cross-project is almost not there. Even if MEMORY.md files exist, retrieval isn’t automatic or contextual unless I flag it. How are you solving this?
