I’m Mauricio Iglesias. I’m a multi time founder, and over the past few months I’ve been pretty deep in the weeds building agentic AI companies. I also went through HF0, where founders live in a house together while they build. A bunch of my housemates now run some of the top AI companies. I along with a lot of my founder friends have been searching for AI native talent across all functions and we’ve found that it’s hard to find them. And by AI-native, I mean someone who has actually rebuilt how they work around agents. Someone who can take a whole function, rip apart the workflow, and rebuild it so agents do most of the heavy lifting across their domain of specialty. While the human still drives taste, judgment, and direction. They should be using agents and keeping the “human element”. One of those people is worth more than a whole team sometimes. The problem is, finding them is hard. So I’m launching CentralWize ( https://centralwize.com/ ). It’s a public place for AI-native people to prove they’re the real deal and get placed into top companies and startups. We already have 110+ open roles we can fill right now, across marketing, ops, engineering, data, sales, and other functions. More keep coming in. How it works: you pick a function and take a challenge. First challenges: • Marketing: June 12 • Operations: June 15 • Engineering: June 17 • Others: June 20-21 More functions coming after. The challenge is real work. Fictional company in crisis. Big pile of files. A few hours. You use your own agents and tools, then explain how you worked and submit the results. It’s completely free. Candidates never pay, ever. If you deliver genuinely high-quality work, not the usual generic AI outputs, we accept you as a candidate and start placing you. The bar is high on purpose. An agent can’t just solve this for you. To do well, you probably need to have spent months working with agents, breaking your own workflows, rebuilding them, getting good at knowing when to trust the model and when to ignore it, and how to tweak. We want the people who went all-in on AI over the past year and made it their own. We’re looking for the people who bring their agents with them. If that’s you, apply here: https://centralwize.com/talent Also, comment with the role you do and the agentic workflows you’ve actually built. If we don’t have a challenge for your function yet, we’ll build one so you can get hired. And help find the employers that want you. I’ll be in the comments answering questions. submitted by /u/maid113
