I run Claude Code as a CLI inside my terminal (Ghostty). Several times a day it suddenly can’t read ~/Documents anymore: ls ~/Documents/project → Operation not permitted reading any file there → EPERM I change nothing in my config or settings, it just breaks. The only fix is to fully quit Ghostty and relaunch. A new tab/window doesn’t help. Then it works again until it randomly breaks later. Why would Full Disk Access intermittently stop applying to a running process even though it’s granted? Known Ghostty/TCC bug? Any fix that doesn’t require restarting the terminal each time?
