Ive been on the Max x5 plan for nearly a year, and ive never had any issues with usage getting hit even when trying to reach them, Ive had a pretty good setup for token optimisation; Obsidian + Graphifyy, Lean-ctx, headroom, RTK, Caveman. Ive kept a fairly small MCP list in general and been pretty strict on which ones i have enabled per project. I have project .md files, tried to keep my global files as trim as possible. Then 2 days ago i was looking and copying my setup across to another machine and in the process noticed that alot of the stuff i had setup didnt have the latest versions, so naturally i went and updated them but since that it has all gone to shit, everything stopped working (even when claude says it is) my usage is getting demolished with just a few prompts.
