A few days ago, there was a discussion about a GA deal for 29€ in July/August given by the SNCF: https://old.reddit.com/r/Switzerland/comments/1tkhasc/ga_for_29month_in_july_and_august_for_age_27_and/ The deal is obviously insanely good and I’d be interested in taking advantage of it, but when you check the SNCF website ( https://www.ter.sncf.com/grand-est/tarifs-cartes/bons-plans/pass-jeune ), in the condition portion it says: Offre non reconnue par les autorités suisse pour les résidents du pays. Since you have to show an ID card on a ticket check, I assume if you show a swiss card they’ll deny the deal applies to you. What are your thoughts about this, do you think there’s a chance this won’t be actually enforced?
