This is the second time this has happened to me so I know I am not going crazy! I used the claude code plugin in VScode. I closed VScode and the opened it again. The last conversation is completely GONE! I looked in the project folder and see all my past session files. The one I just worked on IS GONE! If I was not so OCD and made claude code generate a research doc from the conversation I just had with it I would have lost all that work! WTF! Has any one else had this happen?
