Hi everyone, I’m currently staying at my parents’ house (which is also my old address) and not at my own place for several weeks. I placed 2 online orders this week to my parents’ address and they both were returned to the sender before they even reached the right canton. Has anyone had the same issue in the past? I suppose that the issue is that my parents’ address is not the same as in my Swiss Post account. Therefore, I’m wondering whether there is a solution to add a second shipping address somewhere in the Swiss Post account? I couldn’t find anything on their website. How do people do it when they have a chalet or another address somewhere, does Swiss Post also simply return parcels to sender? What’s quite strange is that I still regularly receive letters to my parents’ address & also received a parcel from Swiss Post recently.
