I have an Ubuntu server. I have 10 shells opened, each one with a Claude Code session on it. Given a Claude Code session I currently look at, how can I know the UUID (e.g., 7c6b270e-1a34-40bf-8980-bazf95cdba96 ) of that Claude Code session? submitted by /u/Franck_Dernoncourt
