Im 35M and I have trained hard in the gym, weight lifting for literally 20 years! Within the last 6 months I have started dieting (even quitting alcohol) and introduced cardio on a regular basis. As a result, I am now in the best shape of my life (all natural) But lately, I’m actually feeling embarrassed by my physique. I can see other men looking at me thinking what a dick! I don’t know what to do. Do I need to change my physique or change my mind set? Is/has anyone experienced anything similar? submitted by /u/JoeBurns11
