Original Reddit post

About 6 months ago, a senior from my college found my Reddit account. I used to post questions about dating, college life, and other random things. My account wasn’t private, and he apparently went through a lot of my posts and comments with his girlfriend. He took screenshots and got a guy from my class to circulate them around his friend group. Some people laughed about it, but nothing major came from it. Nobody talks about it anymore and it hasn’t really affected my life. The weird part is that I still can’t let it go. Whenever I see that senior, I immediately get angry. We have never even discussed it, and I barely know the guy. Yet just seeing him can ruin my mood for the rest of the day. I keep replaying the whole thing in my head even though it’s been 6 months and everyone else has clearly moved on. If you were in my position, how would you deal with this? Would you confront him, ignore it, or just work on getting over it somehow? submitted by /u/LongBet905
