I have always struggled with mental health issues and kind of opened up to family and friends about it at around 3/4 years ago. I would say its been about 80% negative and 20% positive on the impact of my life and wished I just kept stuff more internal and did stuff myself like exercise to cope. I don’t mean isolate myself, but I would just keep presenting as strong to my loved ones if I could go back submitted by /u/Mental-Lettuce3324
