I developed this tool for internal use in our company to better understand and monitor Claude usage across teams and projects. We needed visibility into things like token consumption, usage patterns, and how different workflows impact overall usage — so I built a simple dashboard for that purpose. We’re planning to use it internally, and I recently decided to open-source it as well: Claude Usage Tracker GitHub Repo I know there are already several Claude usage tracking tools out there, so I’m not claiming this is a new problem or a unique solution. This is just what worked for our internal needs. I’d really appreciate feedback from others who are working with Claude in production or at scale. A few questions: What kind of usage metrics are actually useful in real-world teams? What are the biggest gaps in existing tools? Would team / project-level visibility matter in your setup? What integrations or alerts would make this more useful? Any feedback, criticism, or suggestions are very welcome — I’m trying to shape where this should go next. submitted by /u/ProfessionalRun5460
