Has anyone experienced a missing Pick@Home return parcel in Switzerland? I scheduled a Pick@Home collection for a Zalando return containing two items. As instructed, I left the parcel in the designated area of my apartment building’s entrance hall, which is only accessible with a code. Several residents in the building regularly use Pick@Home as well. Unfortunately, the postal worker reported that the parcel could not be found when they came to collect it. I have already filed a complaint with cantonale police. The frustrating part is that I’m now being asked to pay for the returned items even though I no longer have them in my possession. Has anyone been through a similar situation? How was it resolved? Did Swiss Post, Zalando, or your household insurance eventually cover the loss? Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated. submitted by /u/zenaidiz
