Claude is extremely slow sometimes like nothing is happening. I am using the cli version on linux, so I am not even sure if it is really thinking at all. It feels like it is running sleep() in the background so that they can keep me off for a while. It also feels like it loses intelligence sometimes even though everything from the project I am working on to the settings is the same. It was able to flash to Raspberry Pico without me having to press boot select button, and then it suddenly forgot how to do that. Now, I have to remind it that it can force the pico into that mode. It is weird really. Also today, /simplify broke a working code, and talking to claude to fix the issue in the same convo was nearly impossible (it felt like it lost 100 iq points or something).
