Assuming that humanity is gone, but infrastructure still exists, I’d take advantage of the Internet before it goes down. Make a long list of grocery stores, gas stations, and zoos. Steal a large vehicle, probably a refrigerated semi, and journey across the country releasing captive animals from zoos. That and/or bomb the base of many large buildings, just to watch them fall.
