So this girl I’d know loosely (she was a couple years behind me in school, similar mutuals, we’d like each other’s posts on Instagram) came to the restaurant I was working in by chance with her family. I didn’t even notice her come in as I was in my own section and she was seated elsewhere 20-30 feet away. Big space of a restaurant, half empty at this stage. Maybe twenty minutes later I’m just putting in an order and the waiters all come over asking if I know the girl sitting over there. I look over and just say “oh yeah I do” because I hadn’t really interacted with her before but casually recognised her. They were all infatuated, asking what age she was and saying she was gorgeous. Then they said that she kept looking over at me, they were in shock. Like that was their basis for asking if I knew her. Anyways just curious if this is a sign of something? I don’t know she seems way out of my league but was a bit strange submitted by /u/dlvesey
