I am a gay guy - with other gays and girls it’s easy, you hug when you see each other, or if you don’t know them well you just say hi. With straight guys it is a puzzle and so much more context specific. This is what I gather: fist bump: don’t know you that well, maybe seen you around a few times handshake: don’t know you that well, but more formal dab up: friends but not that tight dab up and hug: we’re buddies hug: best buds Is this right and are we supposed to silently assess our relationship then pick one for each different guy 🤔 …so much work lol! submitted by /u/ubiquitoussense
