Genuine question. I’m in my 30s, around 5’8” with a slim build, and I’m finding it increasingly difficult to buy clothes that actually fit me properly. I prefer slimmer-fitting clothes, and usually wear an XS. But it feels like most high street shops either don’t stock XS at all, stock very little of it, or their XS is so oversized that it fits like a Small or Medium used to. Some of my best-fitting clothes are 5–10 years old, including a blazer I’ve had since I was 18. Whenever I go shopping now, I often find something I like only to discover that the smallest size available would make me look like I’ve borrowed my dad’s clothes. For those of you with a slimmer build and who prefer slim-fit clothing, where are you buying clothes these days? And please tell me I’m not the only one who feels like men’s sizing has got bigger over the last decade… submitted by /u/liberalmonkey92
