I’ve gotten seriously into fitness (lifting in cardio) over the past couple years and am now beginning my first cut and want to use this as an opportunity to start eating right. I’ve created a two week meal prep cycle but I’m curious, were you guys able to notice a difference after you started to eat right? More energy, less bloating, etc.? submitted by /u/PSU02
