Hi guys, hope everyone is faring well, Recently my building changed regency for the 5th time in 4 years, and just sent us a heating bill from 2022/2023 and 2023/2024. For context we pay 160 chf per month for utilities and heating, while living in a 3.5 piece apartment in Vaud. The bill totaled 1.7k for the 2022 and 1.1k for 2023. Plus the 1.9k a year already paid in the rent contract I just need a reality check to know if its normal or not, cause ive never gotten a charge like this, specially considering the apartment was vacant most of 2023/2024 Thank yall for your time Tldr: apparently 2022/2023 the oil price crisis meant 3,5k of heating and utilities bill for a mostly empty appartment submitted by /u/Excellent-Resolve387
