If a partner has C Permit (EU citizen), can spouse who is non-EU, but living in the canton for 6 years can apply for C Permit with A2 language certificate or still needs B1? If anyone had experience about this, can you please share? For the context: Basel-Stadt submitted by /u/JustMeUAllKnow
