My partner and I are starting to seriously talk about trying for a child next year. We currently live in Zurich and I commute to Basel 3x week. He commutes to Winterthur 1x week. Obviously this set up won’t work with a child in the mix, so we are brainstorming options. The obvious choice seems to be moving to Basel. I know the city as a commuter, but have never lived there, while I have been living in Zurich for a decade and love it.
