This weekend I lost my 10+ year old account with 3.5k+ hours on it. Got my quest cape, 11 skill capes, 5 pets and recently started learning solo TOA. Was desperate for extra DPS so decided to take the risk and spent £10 on gold for better gear (stupid mistake). Tried to login this weekend to find my account is now perma banned. Heart breaking to say the least! I had a temp ban for RWT 2-3 years ago, also for a small amount. Figured worst that would happen if i got caught again was another temp ban. My appeal also got denied. Basically threw away the one thing that kept me sane for the last few years. Over a tenner. Not looking sympathy, just hopefully I can serve as a reminder not to break the rules and don’t risk losing what I lost! Anyone else ever experienced this? Did you start fresh or did you take some time away? I don’t think I’ve got another 3k hours in me to put back into a new account to be fair submitted by /u/ScottM266
