AI agents were easier to discuss when they mostly answered questions. Now they are moving closer to real actions: sending emails, updating records, touching customer data, triggering workflows, maybe even handling money. That changes the risk. A bad answer is annoying. A bad action can create a chain of problems. I don’t think every agent should get the same level of freedom. Reading data, drafting a reply, and taking irreversible action should not be treated the same.
