As a pker it seems like just an annoying feature for both pkers and PvMers that after level 20 wilderness untradeable items are lost. Its also counterintuitive with every other death mechanic in the game and not something you would know if you arent experienced in how wilderness death mechanics work. Obviously the trouver parchment solves this issue however most of the time it seems like the people getting caught out by this are noobs who run into deep wilderness with graceful, void, firecapes etc not knowing they are going to lose them. Id suggest that when items are lost in deep wilderness they become “heavily degraded” which will result in them costing more to repair but the player doesn’t lose them entirely. If this repair cost exceeds the cost to parchment items then it still incentivises the use of parchments as it will save the player money they would have to spend otherwise in repair costs. submitted by /u/duehickey
