I’ve been playing casually off and on since OSRS re-released, hard to find time to play or get invested in the main game but I am slowly chipping away on progression when I can. However every year there are a few events that I look forward to that always bring me back: Leagues : Love them; get all the nostalgia of being a new player at the beginning, get to pretend I’m a good player at the end by doing Raids/Zuk/Awakened, timeboxed to 2 months so I don’t get too far behind irl Gielinor Game s; So entertaining and I feel like my investment into the series only grows as the history builds and I learn more about newer content creators. And now DMM Allstars ; Kind of watched last year, but this year has been insane. This event has joined the other two as something I’ll be counting down the days for when it happens again. Anyway that’s my ramble; just wanted to throw my voice out there that I hope OSRS keeps supporting these temp game modes and 3rd party content as well as they have been. And that people like Soup, Solo, and the hundreds of other insanely talented creators keep it up. If not for these things I feel like I’d have drifted away from the game. submitted by /u/elawlapple
