I don’t follow sports much. Just what I see in passing on Reddit or hear about from friends and family who are more into it. When the Knicks won, my best friend was texting me about it so excitedly. He is a huge NY booster and loves the Knicks. I jokingly asked him how hard he got when they won and his response was, “Man, I’ve only cried four times in my life - when I got married, when my two kids were born, and tonight.” I know my dad has had a similar sentiment when the Pats won their first Super Bowl in decades. Where does that deep love and passion stem from? What’s it feel like? I’m not sure I feel that strongly about anything I’m not personally involved in, so I’m curious! Love to see the passion! submitted by /u/BlueMountainDace
