I’m 34m, things are going okay. I have a steady job with a good salary, I have hobbies and can maintain them with salary and good work/life balance, I am overall healthy (maybe not mentally), I have friends. But most of the time, I find myself thinking about what doesn’t go well in life and generally I start being very negative. What’s a good way to stop doing that and being more focused on what goes well? submitted by /u/italian_otter
