Might be a problem in pvp (i have no idea) but the prayer shield phase on Muspah is such a pain in the dick when the bolts dont proc, even with Smite active during shots. Please, Jagex, let us use sapphire ascension bolts with the dual cbows from raids 4 to speed up that part of the fight submitted by /u/PirateAccomplished42
